Q 1. How can I pay for my order?

A. We accept all major credit and debit cards. 



Q 2. Is my payment information safe?

A. Yes, your personal information will be treated with care and is only transferred over to us via a secure server connection. No financial information is held on our systems. We are a member of "Verified by Visa" and "Secure by Mastercard" which provide additional security when using your payment cards for online purchases.



Q 3. Can I amend my order?

A. Unfortunately, once you've placed your order it is not possible to amend any details, as our warehouse team will have already started processing your order



Q 4. How do I return an item?

Q 5. What do I do if my parcel has been returned to sender?

A.
If your parcel has been returned to sender our team will will get in touch with you once we have received the parcel back at our warehouse. If the parcel is sent back due to and invalid or incomplete address then we will charge for both original postage and the return postage.



Q 6. What if my product is faulty?

A. If you have received a faulty item, please send this back to us using the returns form so that we can resolve the issue. You can also email us on support@oohaccessories.com if you need to raise a question about this.



Q 7. Do I have to pay to return my parcel?

A. Return costs are at the customers expense except where the item is faulty.



Q 8. What if my parcel is lost? Will I receive a refund?

A. In this case we will need to contact the courier on your behalf. Please email us on support@oohaccessories.com with your name, order number (if you have this) and address. We can then look into this for you and it can take upto 10 working days. If we find that you have received your parcel you will not be credited back for your goods. If your parcel is declared lost by our courier then we will replace your items (if available) or credit your account back.



Q 9. When will I receive my refund?

A. We aim to process your return as soon as possible, but on occasion it may take up to 15 working days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 15 working days from the date the item(s) were returned, please contact us with the proof of postage information on your Post Office receipt and we will look into this for you.



Q 10. Where is my order?

A. Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched on the same dayand will be delivered according to the service selected. All orders placed after 3pm will be processed and dispatched the following working day.



Q 11. Can I exchange an item?

A. Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.



Q 12. When will an item be back in stock?

A. Popular items can sell out quickly. If the product you want is out of stock you can enter your email address on the product page and you'll receive an email notification when it's back in stock
